Indemnity Waiver for Research Compounds

In consideration of the purchase of research compounds from MDPeptide, I, the undersigned customer, agree to indemnify, defend, and hold MDPeptide, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates (hereinafter referred to as “Merchant”) from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to the purchase, possession, or use of the research compounds.

I understand and acknowledge that the research compounds sold by MDPeptide are intended solely for research purposes and are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for human use. I agree to use the compounds according to all applicable laws and regulations and take full responsibility for any risks associated with their purchase, possession, and use.

I release, discharge, and waive any claims, demands, causes of action, suits, judgments, and liabilities of any kind that may arise from or be connected to the purchase, possession, or use of the research compounds.

I further agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MDPeptide against any claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, and losses, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or any other harm, whether direct or indirect, foreseeable or unforeseeable, resulting from or connected to the purchase, possession, or use of the research compounds.

This indemnity waiver applies to me, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns.

By purchasing research compounds from MDPeptide, I confirm that I have read and understood this Indemnity Waiver. I voluntarily agree to its terms and conditions.

Payment for products and services must be made in full before delivery. Unpaid orders are cancelled in 24hrs automatically.

Users/ purchasers agree to provide the banking service provider/payment gateway providers with accurate financial information and ensure timely payments.

Order Processing

Order Placement occurs once you have selected your desired products, proceeded to the checkout page, provided the required information, and received a confirmation of payment.

Delivery

Cancellation

All order cancellations must be made before the order is approved for processing. Once the order has been approved and is in the process of shipment, cancellations will not be entertained.

Returns and Refunds

Force Majeure

Force Majeure means any and all unexpected governmental measures, including lockdowns, strikes, lockouts, bans, or other industrial disturbances of a general nature, riots, sabotage, epidemics or quarantines, landslides, earthquakes, floods, civil disturbances, fires, or explosions**.**
